- Marketing Analyst
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for market and trend analysis for company's current and future product, consulting, and service offerings. The Marketing Analyst takes input from management and the business team for initial product and service ideas, study and research the market and trend against the ideas, and give reports and recommendations for the products and services that include market size, trend, competition, and required features.The successful candidate must have strong marketing analysis background and experiences. The candidate will need to build detail business case for company's products and services and give recommendations for products and services toward targeted companies. The successful candidate will understand processes and apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues. Finally, the successful candidate should have a good knowledge of business practices and culture in China, Taiwan, and India.
Basic Responsibilities:
- Analyze product and services sales data and recommend go-to-market and sales strategies
- Develop Run-up Analysis and compare current sales versus expected sales in different products, services, and regions
- Create, coordinate and deploy emails for Events and Campaigns
- Create e-mail marketing graphics and target list for campaigns

- Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst is responsible for the complex finance and accounting support to company's success in US and Asia markets. The candidate will be working in maintaining global accounting records, consolidating global accounting and financial data from US and Asia markets, setting up the global accounting system according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), conducting global corporate tax planning and analysis for US and China, assisting business managers in interpreting financial reports, conducting ad-hoc financial analysis such as variance analysis, root cause analysis and scenarios analysis.Job Responsibilities:
- Stets up global accounting systems and accounting process
- Consolidates global financial data from US and China markets
- Distributes monthly and yearly consolidated financial reports
- Produces financial statements, revenue projections, cost and benefit analyses or other reports
- Reviews journal entries for accuracy and compliance with company policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

- Business Systems Analyst
The Business Systems Analyst is the primary liaison between the Valiantica business team in US and the Valiantica engineering teams in India, China, and US. Business System Analyst's job, as part of the Valiantica website development team, includes business requirement gathering & translation, functional specification writing, system function design, testing, and support to end users to fulfill business requirements for the development and delivery of our forthcoming education-oriented website.The successful candidate must have strong systems analysis background and experiences. The candidate will need to build a detail business and functional requirement document, support development of the tool, perform testing, manage UAT, and provide end user support for the tool during the pilot test phase. The successful candidate will understand processes and apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of the education-oriented website.
Basic Responsibilities:
- Work with Project and Marketing Manager and the Valiantica Business team to identify Product features, Project Scope and Project Release Plan.
- Help the Valiantica Business team to define delivery process, set and meet project deadlines, provide status to project leadership, follow and use prescribed development methods/processes/tools
- Work with the Valiantica Business team in developing performance measurement and risk reporting tools with Excel to enhance decision making.
- Develop Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Functional Requirements Document (FSD) by using UML diagrams
- Design and develop Use Cases by following Scenarios and Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams by using Microsoft Visio
- Ensures the smooth communications and coordination among several Valiantica engineering teams in US, China, and India.
- Organize daily and weekly status meetings with business process owners and Valiantica engineering teams in US, China and India to communicate project advancement and ensure process documents remain up to date.
- Assist in creation and review of test cases to support test execution activities
- Review test plans, test conditions and technical specifications, if required
- Work with Valiatnca QA team during Quality Assurance process, involve in creating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and pilot.
Job Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of Business System Analysis experience preferred
- 1 to 2 years of testing experience preferred
- Bachelor degree Business or Engineering degree
- Experiences with offshore teams in China and / or India
- Conversational English and Chinese
- Comprehensive knowledge of overall commercial software and systems development processes and SDLC methodology in general
- Strong working knowledge of UML and RUP based methodologies and tools (e.g. Rationale RAD, Enterprise Architect, etc.) and artifacts (e.g. use cases) is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to confidently interact with customer IT and business teams
- Ability work with offshore delivery team members in clarifying and resolving issues, managing onsite/offshore team issues, collaborating on schedule management/priorities, and articulating customer solution needs

- Electrical Engineer for Audio and Video
The Electrical Engineer for audio and video is responsible for developing and maintaining audio and video processing algorithms used in our product line and VoIP applications the company is developing. Our products seamlessly integrate audio, video, telephone and conferencing with network switch applications in a hardware box. We are currently working on the next wave of products and we need talented Electrical Engineers with solid engineering skills to help us deliver on the next generation communications and collaboration platform.Job Responsibilities:
One of the goals of our products is to stream integrate audio, video, telephone and conferencing into our platform. This includes implementation and testing of audio signal processing algorithms as well as ensuring good physical acoustics of the phone enclosures. Additionally, it is important to develop acoustics test stations for usage in the manufacturing lines to be able to ensure that audio and video with superior quality will be shipped. Another aspect of the work as a Electrical Engineer is the development and implementation of superior audio and video signal processing algorithms compressed for our hardware box. This includes topics like, acoustic echo cancellation, noise reduction, or voice activity detection.Job Requirements:
- 1 or 2 years experience in software design, demonstrated coding abilities, digital signal, audio and video processing, and problem solving skills.
- A BS in Electrical Engineering is required.
- Extensive knowledge in audio signal processing algorithms and physical acoustics.
- Great communication and teaming skills.
- Be able to work in a high performance team with minimal supervision.
- Senior Software Engineer - Java Server (2)
Requirements:- An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Software Developer
- Proven Java Development experience ( Expertise in C++ is a great plus, though not a must)
- Proven experience in writing complex server side code using core Java.
- Experience in JSP, Servlets, SOAP, and using JDBC.
- Experience developing multi-threaded, high performance, distributed applications.
- Ability to work independently and fit into a small engineering team
- Knowledge or expertise in one or more of the following:
- MVC paradigm

Requirements:- An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Software Developer
- Proven Java Development using JFC/Swing.
- Experience in using SOAP, AJAX , XML parsers, JavaScript
- Experience developing multi-threaded applications.
- Experience in developing GUI applications on Macintosh platform is a big plus

- Oracle Database Developer
Major Responsibilities, but not limited to:- Develops and maintains Oracle PL/SQL Packages, SQL scripts for new and existing applications.
- Develops and maintains Reports using SQL, Discoverer and Actuate
- Maintains documentation for new and existing systems
- 3-4 years minimum application development experience in Oracle PL/SQL.
- Must be good at developing complex SQL queries
- Knowledge of a Reporting tool like Actuate or Web Language is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Relational Database Technologies (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server)
- College degree preferred

- Senior QA Engineer or QA Lead (4)
Requirements:- Experience with writing automated and stress tests
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in software test engineering and information system technology
- Prior experience in an FDA regulated environment (Senior or higher)
- Supervisory experience – a minimum of 2 years (Senior Engineer or QA Engineering Manager)
- Understanding of basic database concepts (SQL, ODBC, ADO )
- Knowledge of and experience with the Capability Maturity Model for Software (CMM)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Perfectionist with a high degree of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with a variety of talented teams are a must.
